Great company!

Great customer service. Very helpful and accommodating. Easy to set up finance for the first time. Could not have asked for a better transaction. I always check reviews before accessing any service and I am really pleased that they lived up to the hype of the positive reviews I read before going to buy my new car.

One week now since buying a vehicle from HM CARSALES. Dealt with Nic on arrival,absolutely no pressure sales. Gave me a very fair price for the vehicle he took in part ex.Also fitted a cambelt kit as I expressed some concern,although not due immediately. Collected the vehicle from Scott a week later who painlessly dealt with the dvla side of things.Can highly recommend these guy's. Standard 3 month warranty,let's hope it's not needed.

Fantastic service! Sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. Really good communication throughout, sent me video of the vehicle (in addition to the original advert photos), as this was an online purchase. Delivery was quick and easy. Over all a very positive experience.

Customer Satisfaction

We had been searching for a 1st car for my daughter and came across the ideal car at HM car sales, unfortunately, we are 180 miles away, with the added complications of Covid 19 lockdown, whilst also being key workers, making going to view the car very difficult. However, after contacting Nick at HM, I have to say that the service & attention to detail that he gave us, from sending extra photo's / detail that I requested, to the point of delivering the car to our door, social distancing observed, was outstanding. The car was fully serviced, full mot, New cam belt / water pump fitted as per manufacturers recommendation and immaculate throughout, which he did, all at a great price & within 2 weeks of our initial conversation. I would certainly buy from HM again and recommend them extremely highly. Customer satisfaction for me was at the heart of Nick's ethics, really great guy, seriously cares about getting it right for his customers.

Buying a petrol car.

Bought a second hand petrol car and tried two cars without any sales pressure. The paperwork was sorted with ease as I traded in an old car. Very happy with the deal and just had a fresh MOT on the car I bought. Service without any hassle as there was just one minor fault to sort out. Would recommend to friends and family.

Pleasant experience

The service we received could not have been improved. Very relaxed and no pressure to purchase. We purchased a Nissan Micra and the garage arranged and fitted a small disabled attachment to the car before collection. The transaction was completed without any problems and on time. I can thoroughly recommend this Company.

Superb and stress free!

We bought a Toyota Aygo from HM as our daughter's first car after passing her test. When looking at the car there was absolutely no pressure to buy and the whole process was very relaxed and easy. The car came with a three month warranty which was great because unfortunately the clutch went wrong about two weeks after buying. HM said it would be no trouble to fix it and after dropping it off on Sunday night we had the car back, all fixed by Tuesday morning. HM were absolutely great, no quibble, no hassle and totally stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest reliable car dealer or mechanic. Jon Houghton

Excellent

The guys at HM Car Sales were excellent. I rang up and asked if the car I wanted was still available, in which it was. I also requested if all the paperwork could be ready for when I arrived so I could just drive it away and when I got there all I needed to do was sign and take the keys. There were no pushy sale pitches, and I was left too look around the car in my own time to check everything was okay. Couldn't fault anything they did - would definitely recommend them to anyone.
